1. Soak soybeans in clean water overnight.
2. Wrap the prepared spices in gauze to make a spice packet.
3. Add clean water and soybeans to a clay pot, put in the spice packet, add one teaspoon of salt, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and cook for 30 minutes before turning off the heat.
4. Dice celery, carrot, and sweet pepper, blanch them in boiling water, then remove and drain.
5. Place the spiced soybeans, celery, carrot, and sweet pepper dices into a clean small bowl, and drizzle with sesame oil.
6. Add a little pepper oil.
